Dr. McGovern is a board-certified OB/GYN and has been practicing at White Plains Hospital since 1989. She graduated in 1981from Fordham University with
a bachelor of science degree in biology. She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College in 1985 and completed her residency training at The Albany Medical Center Hospital in 1989.
She joined Westmed Medical Group in February 2010. Her practice is limited to office gynecology.
Dr. McGovern lives in the White Plains area with her husband, John Papazian, and their children, Luke and Jake.
