Founded in 2005 by Marla Alt, 123organize aims to simplify clients lives by saving time and reducing chaos through Moving, Staging, and Organizing.
We have handled hundreds of moves, staged numerous residences, and successfully organized various aspects of our client’s lives. Over the years, word about the personalized and sensitive approach we give to every project has spread, leading to our 2021 Westchester Magazine wins for Best Closet Organizer and Best Home Stager.
Founded as a solo operation, 123organize has expanded to meet the growing client demand for a full-service move management and home organizing operation. Our mission is to reduce stress in all of life’s transitions with a kind and non-judgmental approach.
As a “one-stop move shop,” 123organize Move Management handles all the challenging logistics from start to finish, including:

- Purging and de-cluttering prior to moving
- Complete packing and unpacking services with clearly labeled digital inventories
