OUR MISSION
To strengthen Westchester’s nonprofit organizations as they transform lives, empower communities, and drive positive change.
HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
The nonprofit sector comprises 18% of the workforce in New York State, providing vital services to people of all ages and backgrounds. NPW is Westchester’s only member organization solely dedicated to advancing the missions of our member organizations. Through professional development, community education, collaboration, advocacy, networking, and individual consultation, NPW strengthens the work of the nonprofit sector. We bring nonprofit and for-profit businesses and government agencies together to solve social issues, build community, foster equity, and positively impact the physical, emotional, and economic vitality of Westchester.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Nonprofit Westchester seeks membership from nonprofit organizations and the business sector to strengthen our mission. We encourage readers to learn more about the critical work provided by our member organizations and to consider contributing to one of those organizations. The list of our members can be found at www.npwestchester.org.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Nonprofit Westchester invites nonprofit and for-profit organizations to share their expertise through various learning opportunities.
