“Cheryl excels at providing a tangible view of what life is like in Northern Westchester. This real-life approach to real estate helps buyers as they decide on a town and home, and sellers as they position themselves for success. She enjoys the constant change and fast pace of real estate, and draws upon her extensive experience in managing the relationships and negotiations that are essential to success in real estate.
After graduating from Vassar, Cheryl’s professional experience began in the investment industry. Following success in a variety of roles, Cheryl rose quickly to EVP and ultimately had overall managerial responsibility for annual retail investment sales for several of the nation’s leading banks. While Cheryl enjoyed the success of her 15+ year banking career, in 2003 she decided she wanted less distant travel and more time with her young children.
Making the transition to real estate was an easy one. As a military “brat” who grew up calling many places around the country home, Cheryl is expert at helping clients manage the change of a new home or a move.
Cheryl and her family have been deeply rooted in Katonah since the ’90s. Her two children attended and graduated from the local public schools. Both have followed her family heritage of service. One who graduated from West Point and is active-duty Army, and the other who attends Cornell University and is committed to Army ROTC.
Cheryl is a leader locally by having continuously served on the board of her community. She enjoys hiking and running many of the areas trails with her dogs, skiing and biking with her family, and cooking for her children and their friends when they head home for a welcome break.
The variety of people with whom Cheryl works is her greatest professional joy. Consistent results and positive feedback demonstrate just how greatly clients benefit from Cheryl’s business acumen, marketing experience and personable nature while buying or selling their home.
People most often call Cheryl for help in the Katonah, Bedford, North Salem and Somers School districts. The towns she serves most often are: Katonah, Bedford, Waccabuc, South Salem, Pound Ridge, Mount Kisco, Somers and North Salem. She is licensed in both NY and CT.”
