Joe Houlihan has been a lifelong resident of Westchester County, with real estate rooted in his family history for generations, beginning with his great-grandparents. His career in real estate began more than 40 years ago as an appraiser, providing him with a strong foundation in valuation and market analysis. The transition into sales was a natural progression.
Prior to entering real estate, Joe worked in public accounting and earned his CPA, bringing financial expertise and analytical insight to every transaction. Joe leads the Residential Sales Group at Houlihan & O’Malley, Bronxville’s boutique real estate agency. His promise is simple: every client receives his full attention and thoughtful, strategic guidance. He is committed to helping clients make smart, informed decisions at every step of the process so they can achieve their real estate goals with clarity and confidence.
Joe has long been immersed in the Westchester real estate community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Over the years, he has also served on the boards of the Bronxville Field Club, The Counseling Center in Bronxville, The School of the Holy Child in Rye, and The Annunciation School Foundation in Crestwood, his alma mater. With decades of experience, deep local roots, and a commitment to personal service, Joe is proud to add each new client to his long list of satisfied homeowners.
