Founded in 2006 by Scott Vaccaro, Captain Lawrence brews a wide range of beer styles, producing as many as one hundred brands in a year at its Elmsford location. With recent expansions of the food hall, a new Mount Kisco satellite barrel house, and the creation of sister distillery Current Spirits, Captain Lawrence remains a county favorite for summer outdoor revelry and exclusive brews to go.
