Flourish Baking Company provides all the savory and sweet gluten-free food you didn’t know you were missing. With oozy chocolate lava cake, vegan broccoli “cheddar” crustless quiche, and crisp apple crumb pie, it’s hard to choose just one treat. Eighty percent of the baked goods are gluten-free, and everything else is nut-free, vegan, and heavily organic. Baker/owner Diane Forley offers what she terms “grab-and-go” shopping, featuring gluten-free brownies, cookies, and seasonal doughnuts.
